Delivery charge is £20-00 inc VAT. per box.

Please see pricing page for how many fish of one size are safely (for the fish) allowed per box.

 

Please Note!

 Our returns policy: -

You must take a picture of the dead fish (Although this is a rare occurrence)

in the un-opened plastic bag within 23 hours of delivery. Send the picture by e-mail

to us at: - admin@crystalclearpond.co.uk.

 

PAYMENT

There are no buy buttons on this part of the site as you need to phone us with your request so we can assess availability before you buy?

Payment may be by PayPal, or call us on 0844 884 9519 to make a card payment and to discuss your order.  We accept all card types. Or a bank transfer if you wish.  Payments made by cheque will mean a longer time until delivery while funds clear.

DELIVERY

  Your fish will be starved for 3 days so the contamination of their travel water will be at a minimum then packed to travel for a minimum of 24 hours. 

We will double plastic bag them with oxygen and box them, and send them by overnight courier on a day pre-arranged with you.

  Delivery time will be somewhere between 8 am and 12 noon. 

Someone MUST be present to receive the fish.  If no-one is present at the first attempt of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of the fish.

PLEASE SUPPLY US WITH A TELEPHONE NUMBER and/or E-mail WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR ORDER.

This will enable us to contact you if there is difficulty in finding an address.

To ensure you receive the healthiest fish available and to reduce the travel stress on your aquatic life, your order will be shipped direct from our packing facilities to your door.

Fish will only be shipped once you have arranged a delivery day with us,

please phone the office on Tel:0844 884 9519 Monday to Friday, 1000hrs - 1900hrs.

There must be an adult available to sign for & receive your new Fish. STRICTLY! We cannot be held responsible if this does not happen and with-in 24 hours of the fish being taken by the couriers!

It is upto you to quarantine the fish before putting them in your pond. But please be assured your fish come from 1 English stockist so we can trace the fish back no problem.

Please remember any "Dead on Arrival" must be photographed and photo sent to us by e-mail with-in 23 hrs of delivery.

If it is one of our bigger more expensive fish. You must send the fish back to us so we can investigate why the death occurred at your expense!! We will then replace the fish you will just pay any delivery charges!

 

No Refunds will be given unless we have had chance to investigate the fish's death and believe the death of the fish to be our fault!
