These "Terms and Conditions" apply to all sales
of fish, by ordering fish from us you agree to become subject to these terms and
conditions.
All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. at the
current rate at the time of purchase.
Delivery is inclusive of V.A.T at the current
rate at the time of purchase.
All Dead on Arrival (although a rare occurrence)
are to be reported, photographed in
un-opened plastic bag and sent via E-mail to: -
admin@crystalclearpond.co.uk with-in 23hrs of delivery.
All sizes are estimated as accurately as possible using
inches.
Fish choice
Your choice of fish will be minimal, please let us know by all
means which type of fish you want. We cannot guarantee the individual colour.
You will get the fish that is in the net
from the tank that has your type of fish in it.
Payment
All customers must pay in full before any delivery can take
place.
Payment maybe made by Paypal, credit cards or bank transfer.
No cash please, cheques can be accepted but delivery times will be much
longer as more time is needed for cheques to clear (7 working days).
Disclaimer
Crystalclear Enterprises does not accept any responsibility
for any demise of customers existing stock brought about by the introduction of
our fish.
We would recommend that all fish purchased be quarantined in
an appropriate manner, as instructed by our caution letter which is sent out to
all our customers with delivery.
Crystalclear Enterprises takes pride in fish health and would
expect customers to do likewise to ensure the good health of the fish which is
to our mutual benefit.
Fish Delivered by Courier
Once your funds are cleared, your fish will go through our starvation process for 3 days. This will
allow their travel water to be soiled to a minimum. They will then be put in a
double plastic bag with pure Oxygen plus water and then placed in an insulated box
.This is then sent
out the day before your pre-arranged delivery day by courier to get to you.
Courier delivery times should be anytime between 8-00am to
12-00 noon.
Please do not worry should deliveries be later as the fish
will live for at least a further 8 hours in this condition. Please contact us by
telephone or E-mail if you have any concerns over late delivery.
We cannot be held responsible for any negligence or any bad
practice by our couriers.

Payment
If you are paying via paypal with an "unconfirmed" address, e-cheque, cheque or
crossed postal order then goods will not be shipped until money has cleared
(approx 7 working days).
Delivery time
Once your order is placed we send out a confirmation email. We endeavour to
deliver within 7 days unless stated differently either on our website or at time
of order.
If we are unable to deliver within this
time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer
delivery period or do not contact us to confirm otherwise.
We will not be responsible for any
charges incurred by you as a result of late delivery.
Delivery address
When you order, the option to specify a separate delivery and billing address
will be available.
We give you the option of
delivery to your own address or an alternative address for convenience or maybe a gift!

Pricing Errors
In the event that there is a pricing error on the web
site then we will not be bound to honour any orders made at that price.
